Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Support the management of all pharmacovigilance activities including; collection, review, follow up and reporting of adverse events in accordance with location regulations and SOP’s.
- Prepare reports for spontaneous adverse events of marketed products.
- Track compliance for adverse event reporting timeframes.
- Assist management with identifying any trends and issues arising from reports from the local safety database.
- Review local and global SOP’s and pharmacovigilance guidelines.
- Review and implement affiliate pharmacovigilance staff training matrix and conduct training for affiliate personnel.
- Other responsibilities as directed by the PV Team Lead.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelors Degree and/ or Masters degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Life Science
- 2 years’ experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry
- A minimum of 18 months Pharmacovigilance experience
- Strong communicator.
- Excellent project management and team work skills.
- Organizational skills and capability of working efficiently autonomously with cross-functional teams.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
